Join us at 6:15pm on Tuesdays & Thursdays and 9am on Saturdays for a group workout.

This is great for accountability and support. You will be working out with people who have similar goals to you. 

This also also where you can ask me any questions you have around technique, nutrition or training in general.

Boxing tutorials…

Get simple, follow-along video tutorials so that you can learn the sweet science of boxing.

A library of various boxing techniques for you to follow along to including Footwork Fundamentals, The Punches, Defence Techniques and much more.

These are completely beginner-friendly and I take you through step-by-step so that you can be sure that you have the correct technique every time.  


Nutrition guidance…

There’s no fad diets around here,


Nutrition counts for as much as 70-80% of your results, so you will get all the guidance you need to take control of your nutrition without having to sacrifice a pizza or beer at the weekend. 

You will also have access to Meal Plans, Recipe Books, Shopping Lists & Downloads that you can take away and use.
